Weeare a small Outdoor Flat Green Bowling Club located in the village of Acton Bridge in North West Cheshire

We play on an artificial all weather flat green which provides three rinks.

Founded by members of the village in 1997, the Club accepts members from surrounding villages and towns in Cheshire as well as from further afield.

The Club is part of the Acton Bridge Community Association (ABCA) and is a member of Bowls Lancashire and Bowls England. This gives members the opportunity to play in County and National Competitions.

The Club plays all year round and members can play at any time. Club games are played on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons

Start times are 13:00 at all times of the year.

April to September, the Tuesday afternoon games are replaced by a Tuesday Evening Tournament which commences at 18:00.

Additional Competitions and Events are held throughout the Season.

New Members and Visitors are always welcome.

The Club has a small changing\clubroom adjacent to the green.

The rinks are secure and kept locked when not in use. Members are issued with the security code and also have access to the adjacent Village Hall for washroom and refreshment facilities

Disabled bowlers can be accommodated. Wheelchair access is available to the rinks and two Bowling Wheelchairs are available for use.
